I love that this started as a little doodle on a post-it note during a kick-off meeting. I sketched out the simplest form of a lung and envisioned a silhouette within the shape. I enjoy pushing the visual boundaries and juxtaposed a two-dimensional shape with three-dimensional nodules, ever-so-slightly escaping past the edges for a striking and thought-provoking piece. The client enjoyed it so much, they printed it on all sorts of fun promotional merchandise. When asked to design visual identity for their products, we developed two additional color ways for them, a warm-toned red-orange version as well as a purple-hued color way. It’s you know a design is great if it has legs to extend.
